He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holyk and Rose Holyk; and his mother-in-law Louette Berry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Janessa; his brothers, Gordon (Sharon), Dennis (Sherry), Edwin and Arlis (Sharmon); and his father-in-law Clifford Berry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
