He was predeceased by: his parents, Klem Duk and Stephanie Duk; and his siblings, Ed, Alex, Mike, Bill, Nick, Paul, Peter, Elizabeth Rurka, Julia Porayko, Kay Duke and Anne Tymchuk.
He is survived by: his wife Emily; his children, Tony (Mellissa), Laurie (Katherine), Bernie Golinowski (Orest) and Glen Duk; his grandchildren, Sarah Smith (Matt), Danielle Smith, Meghan, Travis Golinowski, Matt Carver (Rachael) and Chelsea Carver (Mike); his great grandchildren, Phoenix Golinowski and Madison Carver; his sister Mary Kachmar; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy and Darlene Duke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations may be made to the "Holy Trinity Parish"-Vegreville.
