He was predeceased by: his daughters, Jillian and Christina; his parents, William Holyk and Rose Holyk; and his brother Lorne.
He is survived by: his significant other Sharon Zuk; his child Carly; his grandchildren, Jacob, Juliet, Lily, Adrian and Anna; his brothers, Dennis (Sherry), Edwin and Arlis (Sharmon); and his sister-in-law Shirley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Borschiw Cemetery Fund.
