David Wayne Lotoski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2021, at the age of 62, David Wayne Lotoski of Vegreville, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria; and his niece Nicole. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughter Brittany Hrabec (Stephen); his grandchild Isla; his daughter Christine (Layton Hauca); his father Marshall; his mother-in-law Angela Ewaschuk; and his siblings, Eugene, Shirley Bortnick and Robert. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Please note: In complying with Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program, you will be required to provide proof of Vaccinations upon entry to the Vegreville Social Centre: Alberta vaccine records with QR codes (paper or digital) or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter along with photo ID.

Memorial donations may be made to the "Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church" or to "Mass Offerings.".
