He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Melenka and Rosie Melenka; and his sister Darlene Melenka. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike (JoAnn), Dennis, Rosemarie Thomson (Dan) and Donna Melenka (Ken Krawec). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
