He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, Wilfred Levy and Kathleen Levy; and his siblings, Kenneth Levy, James Meaney, William Meaney, Margaret Neidzielski, Kathleen Wascherol, Joyce McCausland and Lorraine Levy.
He is survived by: his sisters, Florence Derewynka of Vegreville and Grace Hebert (Ed) of Bonnyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Dale may be given to the "Heart and Stroke Foundation" , "Canadian Cancer Society" or to the "St. Columbia Catholic Cemetery" or any charity of one's choice.
