He was predeceased by: his siblings, Willy Lamond and Barbara Norgardt (Les) of Lethbridge; his niece Cheryle Carey of Swift Current; his father-in-law Harry Kimber of Vauxhall; and his parents, Constance "Alta" Lamond of Vauxhall and William "Bill" Lamond.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Lamond; his children, Jonathan (Jessie) of Barnwell and Chelsea (Gilles) of St. Claude; his daughter-in-law Meagan of Redcliff; his grandchildren, Lexus, Teagan, Arianna, Harley, Kendall, Gunner, Wylder and Jonnie; his brother Jerry (Judy); his sons, Chris and Scott; his nephew-in-law Gordon Carey of Swift Current; and his mother-in-law Ida Kimber of Taber.
