It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Earl Stearns in Valleyview, Alberta, born in Carstairs, Alberta, who passed away on June 2, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Eileen; his children, Linda and Arthur (Sandi Hill); his grandson Lyle (Aaryn-Marie); his parents, Marshall Stearns and Lulu Stearns; and his wife Medicine Hat. He was also cherished by three great-grandsons; numerous nieces, nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, no funeral will be held at this time.
