He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lutzak and Evelyn Lutzak; his siblings, Billy, Bernie and Mary Chomik (Harry); and his brother-in-law Peter Wolanski.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his sons, Bernie (Pam) and Gary (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Kelsie Leonhardt (Michael) and Dillon Lutzak (Brianne); his great grandchildren, Cruz, Asher, Kason and Haven; and his siblings, Betty Wolanski, Mike Lutzak (Jean) and Donald Lutzak (Violet). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
