She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Henkel and Ludwig Henkel; her husband Gunnar Kristensen (Kris); and her brother Edward (Phillppina). She is survived by: her granddaughter Rebecca; and her brothers, Charles (Edna) and Erwin (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
