He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, Russell Ferguson and Eliza Ferguson (Mabel); and his brothers, Willard and Clifford Ferguson.

He is survived by: his children, Leonard (Sandy), Debbie (Len) and Angela (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Jenny (Chad), Kristin (Doug), Amanda (Chris), Jen (Casey), Ryan (Courtney), Tim (Em), Brandi (Kyle), Kayla (Stewart), Brylen and Scarlet (Mike); his sister Ellen Hoflin; and his siblings-in-law, Eldon Hoflin (Ethel), Ruth Ferguson and Christine Ferguson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Due to the pandemic restrictions a private family memorial service will be held.
