He was predeceased by: his parents, William David and Ivy Doreen; and his brother Perry. He is survived by: his wife Terry; his children, Jan (Yolanda) and Toni (Jamie); his stepdaughters, Julie (Rick) and Linda (Steve); and his brothers, Berry and Jerry. He is also survived by 9 grand children and one great-grandchild.
