He is survived by: his siblings, Esther Burkholder, Owen Burkholder, Elmer Burkholder (Verda), Paul Burkholder (Doris), Ada Francis (Keith), Willard Burkholder (Alma), Annie Snyder (Willis) and Roy Reist; his nieces and nephews, Margaret Wooley, Ethel Burkholder Burkholder (Donna), Stephen Cardinal Cardinal (Roy) and Gerald Burkholder; his wife Dorothy Burkholder; his daughters, Elaine Burkholder and Janice Burkholder; his granddaughter Emily Stutzman; and his sister Grace Reist.
