He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Kolenosky and Louise Kolenosky; his brothers, Ross and Wilfred; and his brother-in-law Harold Hauer.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Osoba; his girlfriend's daughters, Lori Osoba (Geoff) and Holly Ackerman (Neil); his granddaughters, Ashley and Sydney; and his siblings, George (Dianne), Gertie Hauer, Dorothy Rieder (Don), Pat Cheralley, Helen Wright (Rod), Marge DeBoice (Wayne) and Lynn Babec (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
