He is survived by: his children, Marian Hemsing (Patrick), Carol Sisley (David), Susan Hemsing, Kelly Thompson and Harry Thompson (Emerlita); his grandchildren, Paul Hemsing (Michael), Kayne Hemsing (Brigette), Christine Hemsing (John), Steven Bate (Kristie), Christa Giles (D. J.), Yvonne Doble, Kenn Sisley (Deborah), Jeffrey Hemsing (Deidre), Jordi Hemsing (David), Jeremy Hemsing (Megan), Kenton Hemsing (Kayla), David Thompson (Edith), Valine Pope (Carlton), Faye-Anne Thompson, Tracy Thompson and Dindo Kier Vergara (Jesalyn); his siblings, Joyce Brinkman and Harvey Thompson; and his close friend Jean Jackson.
