He was predeceased by : his daughter Ashley. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Haley Hewlett (Craig), Jamie (Peter) and Matt; and his grandchildren, James, Jack, Anna Hewlett, Maria, Eva, Ben and Cole. He is also survived by his siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
