He was predeceased by: his parents, W. T. Evans and Jennie Evans; and his siblings, John, Harvey, Margery, Esther and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy"; his children, Terry (Louise) of Three Hills, AB, Michelle Hodgson (Larry) of Cobble Hill, BC and Sherryl Weigum (Bruce) of Three Hills, AB; his grandchildren, Chantelle Boffey (Andrew), Richard Evans (Kaitlin), Christopher Evans (Diana), Zachary Hodgson (Cera), Jonathan Hodgson, Keely Nigh (Clinton) and Jenne Bauer (Mackenzie); and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Arlo, Molly, Winnifred, Esme Evans, Charlie, William, Aliza Boffey and Hudson Nigh.
