He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, John and Frances; and his siblings, Katie, Helen, William and Nicholas.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Beztilny (Dan), Christine Bauer (Charles), Josephine Fyculak (Wayne), Lynda Wakaryk and Lawrence; his siblings, Mary, Annie, Lily, Pearl and Andrew; and his sister-in-law Millie Rusinko. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully accepted to the St. Peter and St. Paul Thorhild Ukrainian Orthodox Church building fund, Box 153, Thorhild AB, T0A3J0.
