He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Josef, Mary Gregus, Alex and Mag Hutchinson; and his uncle John Sr..

He is survived by: his parents, Linda Gregus and Paul Gregus; his siblings, Rhonda Gregus of Medicine Hat, Ryan Gregus of Taber and Kristy Gregus of Medicine Hat; his close friend Tori; his aunt Irene Gregus; his uncle Rudy Gregus; and his cousins, John Gregus Jr., Robert Gregus, Shelly Sekura and Jennifer Angyal. He is also survived by two aunts, two uncles and numerous cousins.
