She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Shirley Derksen (Ed, family: Wesley Derksen, Jordan Derksen, Lindsay Derksen, Ryan Derksen) of Taber, William Sowinski (Annette, family: Dustin Sowinski, Mathew Collett, Zachary Sowinski) of Macoun and Lisa Sowinski (family: Travis, Morgan Astalos) of Taber; her siblings, George Daniels of Calgary, Mary Daniels of Chilliwack and Lawerence Daniels (Mary) of Longview; her husband Harry Sowinski; her daughter Linda Sowinski; and her parents, Angus Daniels and Helen Daniels. She was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Southland Funeral Chapel (5006 48 Ave, Taber, AB T1G1R8). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Augustine's Catholic Church (5009 48 Ave, Taber, AB T1G1T4). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
