He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Smith and Dory Smith of Taber. He is survived by: his daughters, Casey Arnestad (Barry) and Jen Peterson (Spencer); his grandsons, Mason, Rory Peterson, Tanner, Blade and Ryder Arnestad; and his brothers, Grant Smith (Yvonne) and Garry Smith (Alva). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
