He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Hudson; and his children, Chance Hudson and Diana Hudson. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Varga (David) of Taber and Clifford Hudson (Carol) of Kitscoty; and his grandchild Courtney Daniels (Trevor, family: Blaine Varga, Paige Smith, Thomas Hudson, Jeffery Hudson).
