David Derksen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Derksen in Taber, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Gerald Derksen; his grandson Jeremy Bergen; his parents, Anna Derksen and Wilhelm Derksen (Blumenthal); and his siblings, John, Eva, Peter, Bill and Anna.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Derksen; his children, Lynda Bergen (Richard) of Coaldale, Jim Derksen (Lorna) of Taber, Daniel Derksen (Senta Miller) of Lethbridge and Jocelyn Svensen (Garth) of Holden; and his brother Henry Derksen (Linda). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
