He is survived by: his son Jason Guminy of Coaldale; his grandchild Allison Pauls; his siblings, Stephanie Kemick (Dennis), Carol Guminy, John Guminy and Warren Guminy; his brother-in-law Terry Schaufert; and his brother Doug Smith (Rose Vanden Brink).
