Bill Vanderwal Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Vanderwal in Taber, Alberta, who passed away on December 12, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kornelus Vanderwal and Joukje Vanderwal; his siblings, Frances, Hutch, John, Marten, Mike and Clarence Vanderwal; and also, Willem and Neeltje Lyzenga.

He is survived by: his wife Leni Vanderwal; his daughter Evelyn Field (Tony Chaston) of Cochrane; his granddaughter Emilie Field (Colten); his daughter Monica Miller (Dave Rogers) of Vauxhall; his grandchildren, Jordan Kuipers (Brooklyn) and Kianna Kuipers (Mathijs); his daughter Melanie Bos (Clarence) of Taber; his granddaughter Kristin Tams (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Windsor, Conrad, Archer and Slater; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bacho (Brayden), Kelsey Bos, Kourtney Klassen (David) and Brenda Vanderwal of Calgary; his sisters, Grace Navratil and Helen Peters (Richard); and his close friend Dick Kempe.
