He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Zadnik and Mary Zadnik; his former wife Philida "Phil" Zadnik; his siblings, Martin Zadnik, Steve Zadnik, Elizabeth Zadnik and Mary Zadnik; and his in-laws, Eddie Bolen, Patty Valgardson and Deirdre Burch.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Zadnik; his children, Glen Sincennes (Wanda, family: Joel Sincennes, Michelle Therrien) of Lethbridge, Blaine Sincennes (Shannon, family: Megan Finney, Jenna Cook, Mackenzie Sincennes) of Airdrie, Philip Zadnik (Jackie, family: Jianna Zadnik, Dominique Zadnik, Elliah, Christian, Faith Potapoff) of Taber, Michael Zadnik (family: Justin Zadnik, Averie, Henry, Noah) of Texas, Mitchell Zadnik and Elizabeth Buck (Ryan, family: Nathan Buck, Curtis Buck) of Taber; his sister Georgia Hogan (Eugene); and also, Harold Bolen, Leonard Bolen, Brian Bolen (Maureen), Verna Clark (Butch), Della Goruk (Neil) and Helen Zadnik (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
