We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2019, at the age of 74, Leo Joseph Charles Isidore Proulx (Sylvan Lake, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Leo Proulx; his wife Diana Proulx (Goriuck); his brother Louis Proulx; his children, Shaun Proulx (Tracy) and Tammy Cox (Ken); his grandchildren, Coy Proulx and Shaydin Proulx; and his siblings, Louise Schell (Benard), Bill Proulx (Heather) and Ann Brotzel (Albert). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

For those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Leo's name in lieu of flowers, the family has chosen the Heart and Stroke Foundation as their charity of choice.
