He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brzak and Charolette Brzak (Dennis); his siblings, Nellie Grant (Jim) and Harry Brzak; his nephew Dean Brzak; his uncle Charles Brzak; his aunt Margaret Brzak; and his cousins, Charles Brzak Jr. and Robert Brzak.
He is survived by: his wife Megan Shephard; his children, Shelley, Bonnie, Dan (Rowena) and Mark; his grandchildren, Stacey, Alicia O'Donnell (Sean), Christina Carlson, Brandon Burgess, Scott Burgess and Jeremiah Brzak; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Kristian Hunter and Derek Burgess.
Due to the Covid Pandemic this will be a private family memorial service with the option for others to attend by video conference.
