She was predeceased by: her husband James 'Jim'; her parents, Hinke Spijksma and Arend Spijksma; her parents-in-law, Christine and Noel Murphy; her brother-in-law Robert 'Hob' Murphy (Autumn); and her sister Hittje.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Angela), Christie (Bill) and Erin (Matt); her grandchildren, Madison, Liam, Mackynzi and Natalia; her siblings, Sybren (Donna), Hilda (Harvey), George (Lynne), Wybren (Tannis), Antje (John) and William; and her parents-in-law, Martin (Sharon), Lorenzo (Valerie), Daphne Mary-Ann (Leonard) and Helen. She is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
