We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2020, at the age of 84, Edward Gallagher of Sylvan Lake, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phyllis McGurk (Bill), Bea McGurk (Eddy), Pat Gallagher (Tarrie), Marguerite Churchill (Gord) and Mary Drackett (Murray).
He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Metz); his brother Gary (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Melvin Metz of Regina, SK..
Due to the pandemic, a private service will be held at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Sylvan Lake.
For those who wish to make a memorial contribution in lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in Ed's name be directed to the Recreation Therapy Program at Bethany Care in Sylvan Lake, 4700 47ave, Sylvan Lake, AB, T4S 2M3 to thank them for all their fun and loving care.
