She was predeceased by: her parents, William Levick and Mary Levick; her husband John Stark; her friend Heinz Hallex; her brothers, Jim and Earl Hurley; her stepbrothers, Harry and John Levick (Vivian); her sisters, Jennie Havanka (John), Alice Youell (Len), Nora Ingram (Dave) and Nellie Brown (Stanley); and her brother-in-law Stephen Kuzmiski.

She is survived by: her son Donald William Stark (Pat) of Edmonton; her granddaughters, Lori Wagner (Brent) of Stony Plain and Shelly Burton (Ed) of Sylvan Lake; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Travis Wagner of Stony Plain, Evan Burton of Red Deer, Calvin and Amy Burton of Sylvan Lake; her sisters, Jessie Flinkman (William) of Wetaskiwin and Gertie Kuzmiski of Oyen; her sister-in-law Lois Levick; and her stepsister Nellie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
