She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Roth and Florence Roth; her daughters, LaVaye Tisdale and Rhonda Green; her grandchildren, Trina and Christopher; and her brothers, Lloyd, Arthur and Doug.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Huculak (Linda), Renee Mudryk (Paul), Roxanne Doell (Bob) and Byron Tisdale. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
