Arthur Halvorson Obituary
The memory of Arthur Halvorson of Sylvan Lake, Alberta, who passed away on August 16, 2024 at the age of 100, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Fenwick; his daughter Audrey; his grandsons, Andrew, William and Dustin; his great grandchild Natalia; and his siblings, Alice, Florence, Gordon, Howard and Clifford.
He is survived by: his children, Doug (Helen), Vernon (Joanne), Andrew (Lynda), Shirley (Minolis), Shelley (Sterling), Teri and Jaime. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
A luncheon will be served after the service lovingly donated by Art's great friend Syd from the Boxcar Restaurant. In lieu of other tributes, Art would have loved for donations to be made to the Eckville Friendship Center where he spent so many enjoyable hours in the last years.
