It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Hake in Sundre, Alberta, born in Red Deer, Alberta, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hake and Russell Hake; and his wife Doris Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Stanley Hake (Lucy) and Susan Durand (Dale); his grandchildren, Tyson Hake, Terrina Maciborski, Steven Hake, Alicia Houle, Justin Houle, Danielle Houle and Rebekah Houle; his friend Myrtle Finkbeiner; and his stepgrandchildren, Christiane Baier, Christel Moore, Joe Hemsworth and Natasha Ziegler. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
