It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Eldon Freimark of Sundre, Alberta, born in Kindersley, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Freimark and Viola Freimark; his parents-in-law, Arnold Marks and Eugenie Marks; his brother Lloyd Freimark; his siblings-in-law, Elsie Freimark, Verlin Skow, Dorothy Marks and Gordon Scott; his nephew Daryl Freimark; and his great-nephew Jayden Boettcher.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chaise and Ashley; his wife Lillian Freimark; his children, Trent Freimark (Trevor Price) and Tracy Stanek (Drew); his grandson Braden; his siblings, Loretta Skow, Dorothy Scott, Edna Freimark, Donny Freimark (Maureen), Gordon Freimark (Geraldine Boser) and David Freimark (June Pauls); and his siblings-in-law, Wilmer Marks (Susan Howie), Vern Marks (Penny), Marlene Higgs, Ken Marks (Brenda) and Janice Marks (Reg Willick).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
