He was predeceased by: his sons, Chance and Christopher; his parents, Bert and Marie; his parents-in-law, Fred and Veronica Wheatley; his son-in-law Sammy Svoboda; and his brother-in-law Bill Wheatley.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Kim Svoboda of Texas, USA and Heather Brown (Brian) of Texas, USA; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Andy), Jordan (Amanda), Chynna, Regan (Adrian) and Michael; his great grandchildren, Allison, Bentley, Braylee, David, Banks and Moncayo; his brothers, Bert, John (Jan) and Jim; his brother-in-law Bob Wheatley; and his nieces and nephews, Scott (David), Grady (Misty), Michelle (Bob), Derek (Hiedi), Lisa, Chad (Lisa), Cam, Robin (Dan), Jonathan (Katie) and Deanna (Nathan).
