He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Jodi and Kevin; his siblings, Sandi (Randy) and Rob; his mother-in-law Ruth; his in-laws, Deb (Frank), Doug and Kirk (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Leah, Danielle, Chad, Dax, Derrick, Nathan, Valerie, Lennox, Cheyenne and Breezy; and his former wife Donna.
