He was predeceased by: his former wife Eve; his son Tom; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Barb; and his children, Jocelyn Osachuk (Pat), Jennifer Bunn (Greg) and Tim Smith (Elaine). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
