He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Dougan and May Dougan; and his brother Harvey. He is survived by: his daughters, Jana (Conrad), Heather (Stephen) and Alexandra; his stepsons, Kirk and Tristan; his brother Bryce; his grandsons, Bodhi and Cedar; and his wife Maggie. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
