He was predeceased by: his wife Ona Zimmer; his siblings, Pauline Schmidt (Fred) and Cameron; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Dosdall and Ron Bitz.
He is survived by: his son Mark (Sandy); his grandchildren, Rachel, Nick, Brooklyn, Theo and Aria; his children, Jody (Ken McKinnon), Shawna Trudel and Rev. Guy; his sister Sharleen Trudel; his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Trudel, Gerry Zimmer (Marie) and Belva Dosdall; and also Cheryle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
