She was predeceased by: her husband John Garrett; her parents, Livona King and Patrick King; her sisters, Nova, Nona, Nina and Patricia; and her daughter-in-law Faith Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Garrett of Burely, Idaho, Pam Sheane of Okotoks, Mike Garrett (Heather) of Calgary, Linda Grove (Bob) of Strathmore and Nancy Smith (Howard) of Strathmore. She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to The Alzheimer Society of Canada (Alzheimer.ca) or the Sagewood Resident Council-Healing Garden Fund (140 Cambridge Glen Dr., Strathmore, AB, T1P 0E2).
