He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn Gwendoline Smith; his brother Jim Smith; his daughter Susan Lodge; and his parents, Roy Smith and Mary Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Molnar (Jason), Tim Smith (Sherrina) and Blair Smith (Christine); his siblings, Maryalice Barkley and Vic Smith; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacob, Cheyenne, Mackenzie, Shelby, Isabel, Sierra, Brooke, Sylvia, Raven, Skylar, Camilla and Brachman; and his wife Gwen.
