With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lee Smith in Strathmore, Alberta, born in Calgary, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 31, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Smith (Bob). He is survived by: his mother Francis Smith (Fran); his children, Jenna, Gavin and Samantha; his sister Karen; his nephew Hunter; and the mother of his children Paula. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hope Community Covenant Church (245 Brent Blvd, Strathmore, AB T1P1W4).
