He was predeceased by: his father Robert Smith (Bob). He is survived by: his mother Francis Smith (Fran); his children, Jenna, Gavin and Samantha; his sister Karen; his nephew Hunter; and the mother of his children Paula. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
