We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2020, at the age of 80, Joy Carlson (Strathmore, Alberta), born in Elnora, Alberta passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joy Carlson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Carlson; her parents, Alex Duncan and Pearl Duncan; and her brothers, Gilbert, Elmer, Johnny and Lyle Duncan.

She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Chizmazia (Ian), Glenn (Donna), Ken (Kathleen) and Marlene Millis (James); her grandchildren, Evan, Erin (Garry), Josie (Mike), Laurel (Kyle), Ryan (Michelle), Kyle, James, Joel (Aly), Wyatt (Kassie), Megan and Cody; her great grandchildren, Spencer, Olivia, Sophie, Maddison, Logan and Abigail; her sister Doreen Mose; and her sister-in-law Joanne Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 limited number restrictions, a private service will be held on July 21, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
