He is survived by: his children, Marie Hanson (Lee), Betty Bauhuis, Barry Bauhuis (Teena), Dennis Bauhuis (Sandra) and Rob Bauhuis (Tracey); his grandchildren, Kari Upshall (Dean), Heather Evans (Tom), Jamie Hanson (Braden), John Bauhuis, Lisa Bauhuis, Alyda Bauhuis, Reba Bauhuis, Danielle Johnson (Ben), Brendon Bauhuis, Patrick Bauhuis (Lisa) and Kate-Anne Akkerman (Kyle); and his father Wojciech.
If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Calgary (alzheimerscalgary.ca) . Funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Strathmore United Church at 11:00 a.m.
