He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his brother Gordon; his siblings-in-law, Susan Dumoulin (Gil), Irene Bastian (Paul), Ruby Burkosky (Brian), Dixie Stewart, Sandy Chrapko, Wendy Davidson and Terry Stewart (Dag); his children, Bert Herr (Michele), Harold Herr (Linda), Ben Herr (Kathy), Audra Brown (Ryan), Tom Byer (Louise), Danny Byer and Shari Bishop; his grandchildren, Justin (Jessica), Selena (Jon), Shane (Alana), Sarah (Jamil), Christa, Brad, CoBie (Dana), Chelsea, Trent, David, Dylan, Charlie-Rose, Quinten and Kianna; and his great grandchildren, Kate, May, Robert, Asher, Devin, Carter, Reata, Romel and Remuda.
