She was predeceased by: her mother Ella Hayes; her husband Duane; her son Dennis; her father Stewart Hayes; and her siblings, Ron Hayes, Lois Leadbeater and Susan Schalin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Watt (Sheldon) of Carbon, Norma Deisman (David) of Strathmore, Joan Binning of Calgary and Debra Kapaniuk (Warren) of Whitehorse; her grandchildren, Tanner Watt, Danika Kalmbach (Kyle), Kristine Elliott (Joe), John Deisman (Hiransh Popat), Jeff Deisman (Courtnay Martiniuk), Krystal Deisman (Josh Erl), Wyatt Kapaniuk and Emmett Kapaniuk; and her great grandchildren, Troy, Lola Deisman, Amaiya Deisman, Lincoln, Emilia Kalmbach, Duane and Benjamin Elliott.
