She was predeceased by: her husband John. She is survived by: her son Dean (Dianne); her grandchildren, Amelia, Connor and Jeff (Bobbie) of Yellowknife; and her great grandchildren, Dayne, Tyler and Gary (Cheryl) of Strathmore, Alberta..

At Agnes's request, there will be no service and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

“I did not know Annie but my husband was a patient in her room when she passed. The little we saw or heard from her she seemed like a sweet and kind lady that was ready to leave this world. The nurses and doctors treated her with respect, kindness and professionalism until the end. I cried at her loss and was very sad for your loss. I pray she had a great life. Please know she touched my heart even if briefly. Rest in peace Annie.”
