She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lafontaine and Lillian Lafontaine (Duffy); her husband Ted Bazant; her daughter Irene Healy; and her sisters, Adele Kline and Lillian Berlinguette.

She is survived by: her children, Maureen Bazant-LeRiviere, Matthew Gosling Theo (Marissa), Bryn, Wyatt, Jocelynne Palin (Brett), Ethan Gosling Peyton (Melissa), Noah and Kathleen Guichon (Gary); her grandchildren, Karly, Chancey and Chanel; and also, Tim Healy, Danielle Wallace (Stan), Sloan and Ashton Ashley (Ben).
