He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and Andy Sr.; and his sisters, Kay Day and Margaret Christensen. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his sister Isla Hagen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other extended family and many close friends.
